Abhorrent customer service that doesn't even seem to know when they are lying. Month plus old order still shows unfulfilled, customer service swears that its already shipped despite this. The freight company miraculously doesnt even have their package and the insurance company wont do anything about it because 8V hasnt marked the order as having been processed. After the couple of years I have been using this company they all of a sudden did a whole 180 and scammed me with no acknowledgment or anything. Took my money and won't answer emails. And no phone number to contact. And it's a local within the U.S. store placed out of Nevada I do believe. I would expect this from an over seas store/shop but not from a place I've spent 100's if not 1000's on in the past 3 yrs.

Same as the other countless people that haven't received order. They did answer an email with a bunch of lies that international orders do not track regularly. I had explained their own website says the order is being prepared to ship. USPS tracking says a label was created but hasn't been received by them. I have completely given up on trying to receive either a refund or the products I've ordered from this company. I placed an order on Nov. 26th 2021 and it's Feb 2, 2022. No products and any email I've sent them about my order goes ignored, but they continue to send emails about offers, discounts and specials. Buyer beware! I will never order from this company again and will not recommend to anyone. One star because I had to, otherwise big 0!
I'm like the others here. Order never received. Was told I was getting a refund but not for the entire amount of my order. I got "tracking" info that worked once then no further updates. They do not respond to my emails but was able to get a response from Route. 8vape says the order is processing, which means it hasn't shipped at all. But refund won't include shipping charge. If I get my refund, I'll update this complaint. For all of their positive reviews, they are fake!
I have now wasted a significant amount of time communicating with these people for the past few weeks. Not only did I not get what I paid for, but, when asking for a refund, they only gave me back not even half of the money that I gave them. I ordered a product. The total came out to $23.27. These guys are crooks. Ordered a packagewith insurance and signature required (that they charged me $6.95 for the "service"). Package never showed. They said that they found the order, but couldn't find the tracking and agreed to refund me. Then next day they miraculously found tracking that it was delivered. Not only was it not delivered, but even their records show it wasn't signed. No phone number to call, you send an email and they get to it when they want to. Ordered from their website, eightvape.com, on November 30th, 2021 and had to reach out to them on December 9th to ask if my order had shipped yet. They gave me a fake tracking number for a company called LSO that I had never heard of before. When I went to check LSO's website for tracking information, their website said the tracking number I submitted didn't exist.
