Terrible service. I've ordered from them a lot and they were great. But they've become a scam recently. I ordered over $100 of products that didn't work and they refused to refund me because it had been delivered more than 2 days before. Like an idiot I ordered again and the shipment never arrived but was labeled delivered and again they refuse to refund me. SCAM.
I will NEVER order from them again. Placed my order on Nov. 3rd 2021 and they didn't fill it until Nov. 17th!!! Now I still have to wait forever for it to make the trek across country. So not worth it!
I have currently waited ONE MONTH for my order to be shipped. I was contacted and given a bogus tracking number, and even their own shipping insurance company cannot find my order. Stay away.
All I get is scripted answers to my questions. My $100 order is supposedly sitting in a sorting facility for the last 5 days. I wish I would of read the reviews before I placed my order. I have never had a problem ordering online before until EightVape. They will not even cancel my order!! Beyond frustrated.
Charged me for the order that never arrived, very delayed email replies with general excuses, unable to provide a valid tracking number, absolutely no effort in resolving an issue and no phone number either.
Wow! I made a 100 dollar order and it's been 10 days and my order has not even been shipped yet. I placed the order 4 days before leaving Italy hoping it would be shipped by the time I got back in the states. They took my money instantly. I've been in the states a week now and it hasn't even been shipped. Then they sent me and email lying saying my order was picked up by the shipping partner and they haven't issued a tracking number yet. First and last time ordering from these people. Unreal.
I placed an order on 10/24/2021. With new shipping guidelines, I figured there would be a delay. Processing is supposed to take 3 to 5 days. Being a Sunday, I wasn't concerned when I didn't get a shipping confirmation right away. Fast forward to 11/01, still nothing! Buyer beware.... I ordered two bottles of juice and coils. The very next day, it said my items had shipped out. I was like okay, cool. Then that same day, I get an email that my shipment had been cancelled...... I didn't cancel the order. So I emailed them. No reply.... Now they have $50 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. Do not recommend these guys at all. They are theives....
Lowest service. And. Bad response time. Buyer beware.i do not recommend.
