We've used EightVape for years, and spent well over $1000 with this company. In the last couple months we've gotten faulty devices customer service denied for return. Our orders have not been arriving in the 5-7 business day time frame. We placed an order on 9/8 that wasn't even sent out from Vegas until 9/17. We want this company to go back to providing the great customer service and on time shipping that they used to. It'd just be nice to feel cared about again.

Buyer beware!!! Customer service and their policies are terrible. I placed an order based on the website description. The order did arrive in a timely matter and was correct. However, the coil that was stated to fit, did not. Customer service was rude and refused to send a correct coil or issue a refund. Their reasoning is the customer is responsible for checking outside sources to make sure all products are correct. I did check a 3rd part. That's you eight vape. Save your money folks. These guys don't deserve any of it.

Watch for the $6.95 adult verification charge. All vape companies have to charge this but most have the charge built in and in total much less expensive than eightvape. Perhaps I wouldn't mind but the charge gets sneeked in at the end.

Terrible customer service after years of shopping here I had an issue. Placed an order (after updating my address in THEIR system) they charged my card and then the order did not go through. I was told a my issue and to wait 5-7 days for it to fall off account. So hold my money hostage but don't send product DUE to their system issue NOT mine. Again I did everything as a customer should do updating address and BILLING Zip which is different than my physical address and yet THEIR system chose to use the wrong zip. So I get no... read more

I ordered from them back in March of 2021. The package said it was delivered but was not. It took a month for them to respond back saying they were sending me a replacement. It now almost August and still haven't received the replacement order. I do not have problems receiving packages from Walmart Amazon etc. I receive at least 5 packages or more a month from these other companies and vape 8 is the only ones that didn't deliver so theft wouldn't be what I suspect.

I purchase 20 salt nicotine from Eight Vape I received the nicotine but most of the bottles had emptied in the package because the tops were not put on tight from their warehouse. I emailed customer support, they replied stating that they would not refund or send me more nicotine because this was USPS issue. I offered to return their bottles but they were not interested. I have been a long time customer of this company..I have always got what I ordered. But the last two orders I have issues..I did not receive a device that I paid for..it's crazy that u can not contact them...very very poor customer service.. they want u to email them..no response from them...order number EVXXXXXXX.. missing device... then my next order came in with my juice was openand all over the place.. Please use other legit websites I purchased my vape juice from 8vape, as I wanted to try something new other than Breazy or myVPro. It has been over a month, my order has not been delivered. Moreover, they told me to check with the insurance they offer on their website for packages, which says "you cannot claim after 30 days". Without verifying, they cancelled my ticket. In the meantime, I orderd from MyVPro to the same address and received my Juice in 4 days. I would post the email chain if I could - but this is my worst ex... read more
