I ordered from this scam of a company on April 8, 2021 and it is now May 12th with no order in sight. Tried to get a refund through their shipping service and they said it was shipped out again. Never going to deal with Eightvape again and I highly suggest others do the same
Must I give them one star? they do not honor their products. Sent me a $50 Aegis that does nothing. Won't charge. Won't fire. It just lays there and they want a video of that? I sent photos per their request but a unit doing nothig is not enough. I cannot do a video and get it to upload. Doesn't matter they have on intention of refunding or sending me another product no matter what I do.
This company is a scam. Do not order from them. Never got my shipment.
They take your money but you never get your product. They have a phone number but it just rings.
Everytime I check the tracking its pushed off another day. It shows its been in my city for a week. I will never order from them again just from seeing their condescending responses to other customers. Feels like a scam, especially when you see how many dissatisfied customers they have/ how many people are waiting 3+ weeks or never received it. At least apologize for the ****** shipping company you're having to use. I'll do a refund from my bank before waiting on a response from the wonderful customer service.
A shipment from order EVXXXXXXX is on the way. That's the title of the email they sent me on 4/15. It's May 5th and I still haven't received my order. I've ask eightvape where it's at. They told me last week they will resolve it within 48 hours and get back to me and I still haven't got an answer. So I figured maybe their facebook... I have been an EightVape customer for years and they have been my go-to vape shop. I always loved them and never had an issue until recently. This new X Delivery service they are using is a scam, their LinkedIn page is filled with complaints. I currently have 2 open orders with EightVape totalling to over $240. My order shipped on 4/15, It bounced back and forth between TN and FL and has been sitting in Orlando since 4/26 (9 days). I have placed an order for a little over $100. I received shipment information and a code on 4/22. This is going on 14 days since the package was shipped, and the shipment information says it is still in Las Vegas. I have attempted to contact customer service 3x with no help yet, even though I was promised info within 48 hours since Thurs, 4/29. This company is a complete **** show. Placed my order on April 16th and it's now may 4th. I've been ordering with eightvape for years and their service has really gone downhill recently. I've sent two emails to follow up, received one automatic response and no other responses. Probably won't be shopping with them again whether or not my order actually shows up.
