I had placed an order through 8V and the shipping process was a joke. It was "out for delivery" after 10 days of being delayed. I am home-bound and it did not show up. Then after it was "out for delivery" it was shipped all of the way to Florida (I'm in California.) I filed a claim with Route insurance and asked for a refund but they sent it out to try delivering it again. So giving this company an extra star because I am feeling generous. I feel like, from reading reviews months ago, that they were on the money. Not sure why they've let their business slide with customer service at a low because of shipping. As a business owner myself, I would have been startled to see the issues people are having with receiving their items and made a super quick change. I've ordered from this company for a little less than a year. Spent 57 and some change. I placed my order on the 6th was charged and still have recieved no package. I have tried your x tracking and it wont load. I have tried emailing the company with no response. I work hard for my money and yall just took it!!! Never again!

I've had no problems from them in the past, and now I don't know what has happened. I have emailed the company and the shipper several times, only heard back from eightvape once. Made my order April 9th and it's still not here as of April 29th, tracking says it's been in Coppell, Tx which is like 45mins away from where I live, and has been that way since April 22nd. I have proof of all emails

Order placed 1 week ago. They charged my bank account the day I ordered. Have not received email that my order has shipped. Have sent 2 emails and CRICKETS! Cousin is an attorney and I will not let this go! Over $100 spent. Very poor customer service and zero response to support emails!

I have shopped at this site for more than 4yrs with little to no issues ( which I gave them credit for in a review) until the last few months. They have increased their delivery costs substantially and because of the very long wait to get your order, you have to make your purchase 1 month before you need it. I'm not sure it they're under new management but they always responded quickly to issues, not anymore. In short, shop elsewhere if you'd like your product in a reasonable amount of time. I placed my order 3 weeks ago. I emailed the company and was told it was on hold at my post office. I called my post office and was told the tracking number is not legit. They are giving me the run around. I don't think they even sent my order. My 100.00 has been taken with no order. This is the worse company I have ever done business with. They have no phone number to contact them. Please look into this company!

Eightvape's customer support has never told you that the package was being held at any post office; there is no history in your contact with us that verifies this information. Do not buy from them. I ordered over $100 of juice almost a month ago and still have not received my shipment. Still blaming their incompetence on COVID is laughable. I should have known something was fishy when they offered to let me purchase insurance for a product I bought from them. Who else does that? They get one star because I couldn't figure out how to give them less. Still wondering if they even shipped my order.

I would give a no star. They take your money and never send your product. Have contacted several times and get the run around .They say it's a logistics problem. I paid for route insurance and according to them my products have never been sent. Asked for my money to be refunded and hear nothing.
