I use to think that eight vape was the best vaping store to order from till here recently. I placed an order for what I consider a considerable about of money since I don't normally spend this much on vaping supply's. Anyways, I have contacted them on several different occasions about my order & they keep assuring me that it is on it's way but in fact all they have done is created a ticket for it & it's still right where I ordered it from! I ordered 5 bottles of Dinner Lady Strawberry Macaroon last week. The bottles look different than on the website (clear instead of red tint) and the flavor of the juice is different than what I've had in the past. It's probably counterfeit.' Support told me that since I didn't let them know within 48 hours of receiving the product, they can't process refunds/exchanges. Very shady stuff. As if the 1.48/5 score wasn't enough, please do not buy anything from this shady website.

Scammers. Misleading photos. Sent wrong product, my fault they made a mistake. No refund or return for their mistake. Avoid. Scammers! Zero effort to make it right.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Bought a bunch of vape juice from them and have been buying and spent a lot of money over the past couple years with this company. I have had a few shipments of juice that would come in and be labeled as 6mg but would have no color like 0mg. I just but the bullet and dealt with it. This time it was 8 bottles and only 2 were correct. So I emailed and asked how to fix this. Unfortunately this is the only report of a supposed bad or mislabeled batch we have received any reports or complaints about the naked juices in question and we have sold a lot of them in the past couple of weeks. So unless we receive numerous complaints about the one or two juices or a memo from the manufacturer we stick to our return policy that clearly states that all e-liquids are final sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged. Eightvape runs loyalty rewards and daily sales, but on my most recent order, they showed me the price with the discounts applied, then charged me full price. The package still isn't here 20 days later, they won't return my messages in regards to either issue. Scam.

We are sorry for any issues but we don't see any past email in our system. In regards to the order, due to you using the $5 off code, the happy hour price was removed due to our site not discount stacking. The discount was taken off, but due to taxes and shipping cost it could look like it was not removed, but it was.

I placed an order for vape juice for my wife. They offer some kind of insurance on the order, in did take it a couple of orders ago and the route thing app was spamming my phone bad. This order I did not get the insurance and it did not state on the cart page that if my order is lost or damaged they would not help resolve the issue. Well my package did not get delivered and the USPS said it did. Received a bottle of juice that had been opened and leaked out. Was told it was "shipping damage" and they would not make it right. Obviously not happy that they would send me an open bottle and then blame it on the shipper and wash their hands of it. I don't feel comfortable using the bottle since the seal was broken. Despite a delay in shipping of a week, the company refuses to refund the elevated shipping fees I was charged. Their claim is the winter storm caused this, however neither their shipping center, the path to my state, nor my state were impacted by this weather event and I received other packages from the same region without delay. They will not budge and have lost my business based on principle.
