I should have looked at their reviews before giving these SCAMMERS my money! They sold me defective vape pens. I purchased 5 and contacted them less than a week of receiving them and their response you have 48 hours to report any damages! So customers are supposed to open and inhale every single vape within 48 hours because EIGHT VAPE CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT MONEY? Our return policy is clearly stated. We are sorry that they had a issue with items purchased. They can still contact the manufacturer and get it resolved through them. We are not the manufacturer of any of the products we sell. If the issue was reported within our stated time frame we would have taken care of the issue.
Well they sold me a vaporizer that had a malfunctioning battery that could have burned my house down. That was 3 days after I bought it. Their response was a curt email saying "That is not our concern. We dont warranty devices" There are plenty of other, better places to shop. Go elsewhere!

Customer service agent followed the return policy and didn't say the words "that is not our concern. We don't warranty devices". Device is still covered under the manufacturer warranty. So the customer isn't left out to dry. Our customer service follows the stated policies to the letter. We understand that it may not be the answer the customer isn't looking for but they still have a avenue to receive a resolution to this issue.
SCAMMERS!! Do not order from eightvape.com they are scamming people out of money. I placed an order and THEY SENT me the wrong item, and now they have my money and won't send me the correct item. SCAMMERS!!

We sent the customer what was ordered. We do not return or exchange coils as stated on our site as they are final sale items.
I've ordered from them a couple of times. I chose to have my package sent through fedex and paid close to 10 bucks for this option and they still sent it through usps both times. I feel pretty gypped. Will not be ordering from them again.

Up front they seem competitive but if something goes wrong ... good luck with customer service. Personally, eightvape is one of the worst online business I've ever dealt with. No email communication, no telephone no. to speak with anyone. I took up the eightvape prime which you pay US $9.99 per month and receive some minor benefits.
