I went to the Burr Ridge location, had a 9:30am appointment, left the office almost at 11:00am and I didn't see the Dr. The assistant did all the initial checking, questions, etc. She said that the Dr would be shortly with me, I sat for almost one hour. Finally I was so aggravated, enough was enough, I left the room, on my way out the assistant mentioned that I needed 3 hrs margin for a visit. Are you kidding me? Awful service. I Hickory Hills location, twice had to wait 1 hour and 15 min to get to the room. If I wouldn't complain twice I would even wait more which is totally not acceptable. Then I was question by the assistant who also checked my son vision, later the resident also was checking my son vision, and when finally dr. Gable came she did not even know when my son last was seen by other doctor, she had all the records she didn't even bother reviewing them before .
