Today I contacted EJF to request assistance in setting up ACH payment for the first time and GUIAN was very helpful and patience through the process. He treated me with courtesy and respect. I truely appreciate he took his time. Great Service provided!
My community uses this company to manage HOA payments. I had an outstanding balance and called to explain that I couldn’t pay the full amount right away but could make partial payments. The representative assured me that partial payments were acceptable. However, after I made a partial payment, my HOA account was immediately sent to collections. Christina was very helpful today as I asked her a number of questions related to a particular condominium. She answered the questions she could, and directed me to the building management of the condominium for questions she was not able to answer. I always get my calls picked up and many of my questions answered from the responsive EJF team. My clients seem happy with their services, and I am happy to see them listed as property managers for condos throughout the DC area, due to their excellent customer service.

I had a problem logging into the portal. Customer service was awesome. The person that assisted me was so patient and knowledgeable about the system. I was able to successfully pay my bill and set up autopay. i am very pleased.
