I don’t know what treasure people think they’re finding at the El Dorado food truck, but it sure wasn’t on my plate. What I got was bland, lukewarm, and about as exciting as microwaved leftovers at a gas station. The meat was dry. Like “choke-it-down-with-a-prayer” dry. We hosted some food trucks at our elementary school and one was unable to make it. El Dorado was able to come completely last minute and served up some delicious food! Highly recommend!!
