There was no one in the office. Elizabeth at Customer Service was able to sign me up and get my paperwork done. She was helpful with what she could do. There was not a map available. I had to wander around looking for my space. Hopefully, no one gets assigned to park in front of me.I had to park my trailer along side a block fence. With another trailer hitch within inches of the rear of my trailer. Luckily there was a space between me and the next occupied site.
This place is so great. Bill was very informative and helpful with all my questions. I definitely recommend storing your RV/boats/toys etc here.
Very friendly people and great service, I been here for two years and never had any problems. Very secure and quiet. Definitely recommend this place for storing your vehicle
They texted me asking for a review so here it is: The only good thing about this storage lot is that it's cheap. It is super junky, riddled with potholes, and service is nonexistent. We only kept our motorhome there for a little over one month. We were planning to take it out for a trip halfway through the second month but we went ahead and paid for 2 full months and told them at the time that I paid for month 2 that we would no longer need the unit AFTER that month that we were paying for. We were treated well the representative explained everything and was very considerate and respectful of our time as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing to store an RV or anything outside
