We are repeat renters for Thanksgiving and have always been happy getting an RV from Robert at El Monte - Newport! I appreciate thorough delivery process and enjoy being in a newer vehicle for our beach camping adventures…looking forward to next year already.
Excellent customer service! The staff walked us through the whole process of how to get the most out of our RV as well as how to return it in the best order so as not to get hit with extra fees. They helped us out with everything we needed including getting a taxi home after we returned the RV. The staff Tony and Robert were excellent! I would definitely recommend Newport Beach El Monte and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Great rental experience and customer service with Robert Ruiz! We have been going to the back bay El Monte RV rental for years and will keep coming back. The location is convenient and close to the freeways and beaches. Rental pricing is very fair and competitive. Would not go with anyone but El Monte and it’s all thanks to Robert’s help. Robert Ruiz, the manager, and Emmanuel, Customer Service Agent, at El Monte RV Rental in Newport Beach, were SUPERLATIVE in their customer service and assistance to me. Because of problems with my brothers heart surgery, some of the requirements for the RV changed and they bent over backward to accommodate and help me. They were always professional and friendly. Good job!! I would definitely go back to them for future RV rentals.
