I wanted to recognize an employee named Alejandro who was working at the front checking tickets. He does an outstanding job and goes far beyond just checking tickets. Alejandro greets customers as they walk in and is always paying attention to what’s going on around him. I saw him step in multiple times to help customers who were having trouble with the cheese machine, popcorn, and butter station. If anyone nearby needed help, he didn’t hesitate to assist. I've gone to this theater countless times and it's always been an amazing experience, but today it was genuinely one of the greatest theater experiences I've had, and that's coming from a huge film fanatic, and I went to re-watch LA LA Land in theater, for a re-release, and it was such an amazing re-watch with family and friends, but after there was this really awesome guy who ask how the film was and he gave us great service, and he clocked out and we were talking to him for about an hour, and he was truly so helpful and i ... read more
This place used to be good a few years ago. This was our second and most recent visit. After paying for our popcorn and drink combo we notice fountain machines are out of several drinks and ice. We make them aware and they let us know its actually out of service. Also 3D movies are not worth watching at this movie theater as it has very poor image quality. My recommendation is to don’t waste your time and money and this movie theater.
The movie we were watching was a but small on the screen surrounded by a black border. The sound was sub par and it was just not the experience I am used to when you go out to watch a movie. I left my seat to find a manager and thats when I ran into Denise. I had told her my concerns and I felt like she couldve cared less, after all she was in her cell when I approached her. I have been to this cinema many years ago and I decided to go see the Barbie Movie while in town. I am happy this cinema is still open while most movie theatres are shutting down in my town in Canada. It’s nice to still have an authentic movie experience. Upon entering there was no staff at the box office so I had to lineup in the very long confection lineup to buy my ticket. This is the reason I only gave them 3 stars. Lineup was super slow .
