Amber and Troy were super awesome to help me with a last-minute change to unit. Both were very kind patient and understanding and answered every question. I had a great team.
I have been a customer of this storage facility for almost 7 years. I own a restaurant business and we store our seasonal equipment in the unit. While the on sight staff is friendly, The Storage Pros company continues to raise rent prices indiscriminately. Every few months we will get a notice that rent prices are increasing, for no apparent reason. This doesn’t happen on an annual basis it occurs randomly, sometime a few times a year. I had a no hassle experience at this storage facility. I paid on line it's very easy. I would rent here again if need be. Amber is one of the most helpful, friendliest person there is.
