This is the second time I have taking out a rental unit here. They are super cooperative and friendly. Amber is the queen of customer service. She made my most recent experience as easy and seamless as possible. Explained everything. I strongly recommend this self-storage operation.
I began the process on line. Very easy process. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Amber letting me know that everything was set up. When I went in she warmly greeted me and explained where my unit was and which gate to use. Easy and pleasant experience.
We looked around town and found the best price but more importantly, the best people. Amber helped us find the right unit that worked for us, gave us a discount and I left with all the info I needed. She was thorough, thoughtful and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Amber and team.
Amber was such a great help and she showed me my new storage unit! I had a really great experience for my first time ever getting a storage unit ! I appreciate the quick and easy help I got today! I would highly recommend this place !
