Amber is absolutely amazing! She is professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you have the best experience possible. I had a great experience with Amber and the whole team at El Paso Storage. I made my space reservations online and despite a scheduling issue on my end, I was able to get into my unit immediately after signing the rental document. I was able to take advantage of price savings through the Storage Pro website, and she helped me save costs by using my home owner insurance. I began the process on line. Very easy process. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Amber letting me know that everything was set up. When I went in she warmly greeted me and explained where my unit was and which gate to use. Easy and pleasant experience.
We looked around town and found the best price but more importantly, the best people. Amber helped us find the right unit that worked for us, gave us a discount and I left with all the info I needed. She was thorough, thoughtful and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Amber and team.
