We have used Dr. Santos as our Primary Care provider for almost 18 months. Kids have had a large variety of issues and the office and Dr. Santos have always been there and ready to help. Every question that is asked has been answered. Even by telephone. Sometimes they are busy, but a phone call lets you know.
Making an appointment is very easy but having the doctor take a moment to go over questions is another story. I had so many questions regarding my son, but the doctor came in for a minute to tell me everything looked good and walked out. I assumed she was returning but the medical assistant came in and that was it. I waited for about an hour and had literally a 5 min checkup and that was it? I do not recommend Dr.Santos as a Pediatrician if you are looking for a caring doctor who will take time to go over all your questions.... read more
