Our room was very nice. Clean but we did have to ask housekeeping for fresh towels that never arrived. Restaurants are nice, food is very good. Front entrance is a bit over crowded but the car attendants are excellent. The front desk is at an awkward place. We got lost a lot because signage need updating.

After check-in, there was an additional charge of $39.73 for coffee in the room, phone, and fitness center in the facility. We were informed about this before we checked in, but too busy to look for another accommodation, we agreed to pay. If this additional charge had been included at the time of the Expedia selection website, we probably would not have chosen this hotel. The room is clean, staff was friendly, but it is an old facility.
