My Room didn't have microwave and refrigerator , I was very surprised, my Son is special kid and I was charged a lots of money for son movies they stated my Son watched in the Room, I was told a partial Refund from my deposit was going to be deposited back until now I am still waiting for a response.

We have been staying at the Eldorado for 25 years and never had a poor experience until now. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional but extremely dated. No phone charging outlets. A very noisy AC. The airport shuttles now require you to cross the busy Sierra street to board. Eldorado is the only Hotel that does this. There were no directions anywhere telling you to cross the street so we missed the 1st shuttle. Combine that with the other changes that Ceasars has seemed to be making to "The Row... read more

It was pleasant , clean and fun. The only complaint I would have is that there isn’t any buffet’s open during the week

Our stay Room was nice & clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Stayed in spa room 700 was very disappointed of view! Was expecting a lot better view with this type rooms Unfortunately all we could look at was dirty roof tops. Plus bathroom area very small tucked behind the door and awkward in get in & out of. It had been awhile since we stayed here last. Really liked the row how all 3 hotels connected together.
