Attended Cirque d Soleil performance at the hotel. Hotel is a madhouse of casinos but that is what most people are there for. We enjoyed our time

I liked all the restaurants and how close it was to the Reno events center cause we had a concert to go to there. I didn't like the drug addicts asking for money and showering in the public bathroom in the lobby, they should do a better job at keeping them out.

Great stay. Only issues were the shower drain was extremely slow and the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet. We had a really good time and enjoyed the restaurants and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was as promised only fault was air conditioner was not really needed but no way to turn up or off therefore room was very cold most of time (temps outside in high 70s during stay)
