I understand staffing issues, but three days between housekeeping brush-ups is a downer. If you can find folks to work the arcade at Circus Circus, having someone bring fresh coffee supplies and a new towel doesn't seem too much to ask. The food at any venue we stopped at in "The Row" was awesome.

Great staff; broken room The concierge staff, engineering and housekeeping departments are above & beyond. Very helpful and friendly people. Our only issue is with the physical hotel itself. Initially our room smelled of chemicals; the kind that covers up smoke from probably years ago. We ran the AC to flush out the smell but cool air didn’t work (which exasperated the smell & stuffiness). It was stuck at 78. Parking The parking wasn’t very good we would key for our family’s wedding we come back we have know parking. There was a big concert going on we had to park 3 blocks away to get to our room. There needs to be parking for people that pay for the rooms you shouldn’t have to park that far away. I’m not happy with the parking especially when you have to pay for it and you still don’t have parking.

Room was nice, and had everything we needed in it. Only down side was the walls were a bit thin. Could hear doors closing to other rooms and talking in the halls. Staff was all friendly and the casino had a good selection of food.
