One Mo CET Visit Mediocrity at its best for the hotel itself. However, the Lastrada restaurant is fantastic and has been for at least a generation. Be sure not to miss the table side “Smokey” old fashions.
We had a good time on our trip. Didn't like the fact that most places weren't open during the week, so we had limited places to eat and drink.

Bellman staff needs to be trained better. We asked the same question 3 different times and got 3 different answers. Staff was very polite though.

Only one of the 3 elevators in the parking garage was working when we arrived. The next day none of them were working. There were lots of young people in the stairwells. When we checked out we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs,and drive our car down to level 3 to load our luggage. Shower didn't keep the temperature. It went from freezing to scalding. We have stayed here many times but facility needs upgrading.
