I froze there was no control of the air conditioning in the other than suite rooms.Safe did not work. It was curious how they charged 149.00 for incidentals on top of my room payment to you.

Unexpected stay in Reno I’m 5’5” and the shower head was shoulder height. The water would not drain from the tub no matter how I fiddled with the drain plug. The bed was so-so, and the channel selection on the tv was poor. Don’t get me wrong here I did sleep pretty well.

Great Hotel! Highly Recommend! Very friendly staff, especially the helpful lady at check in. Beautiful room with a fantastic view. And La Estrada is the best restaurant in Reno (at the El Dorado)!
