Casino and hotel were nice. Virginia st is a dumpster. It’s a shame

Liked that Stafff friendly and helpful. Middle of Reno “strip” so convenient to other casinos. Did not like that not all fees and taxes are disclosed upon booking. They added another $43 once I checked in. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known this.

Clean but the I stayed in are in desperate need of an update. By update I mean new furniture, new mattress, new carpet, new pictures and so forth.
