GOOD STAY, GOOD VALUE The El Dorado has seen better days -- outdated furniture and style. BUT the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is catching up from the pandemic, with staffing issues and restaurants being closed during peak hours.

I wish I had asked for daily housekeeping. No new waters and no new coffee in the room. The resort fee included use of pool. It was closed. should be less of a resort fee if an amenity is not available.

The one negative was the check in. It took over twenty minutes because they were not staffed well enough. The lady who I finally worked with was awesome but she was just overwhelmed.

The frond desk was rude checking in but everything wlse was great

The staff was very friendly. However, a few things didn't work, including the vending machine and the in-room coffee maker. The manager made good on them, but it was inconvenient. Also, the room needed some attention, including new carpet and new fixtures in the bathroom. Everything seemed run down.
