The hotel is in the nice and convenient down town location, but room did not have a view and there was a lots of noise and smoke coming out of sort of generator that was outside the window. Stuff was not happy to supply fresh coffee and water when approached. Overall experience: not enough offered for the price paid.

The Row was a lot fun!
Great Room! But where do you plug in your stuff?!? The room was clean and quiet. The property is showing it’s age, overall. There are very few outlets in the room, and no USB ports. In this day and age, charging multiple devices is important. Great value for the money though.
The place to stay Nice place…clean & comfy. Being in “the Row” it has plenty of food options without having to exit the hotel. The downtown area seemed clean, as I walked to the riverwalk, even though there are lots of homeless in the area. Not the hotels fault. The “Reno” sign is almost right outside the hotel, great for pics. I used the valet parking ($10) for the whole time you are there and no limit on how many times you can come and go…great deal on parking! They also took care of my luggage!!! : )
Food service was poor Difficult to order room service. Bee wine arrived before food. Food arrived later and was dried out
