Bad bed The mattress was angled wrong direction. Head biard side went downward giving me and my spouse headaches during our sleep.

Hotel and casino are clean, we’ll kept and current.
Great food terrible gaming The Italian Restaurant inside the El Dorado was excellent and our server Jack was fantastic! However the gaming section is awful. On a slow, mid week night, the minimum bet for playing 21 was $25!!! NO THANK YOU. And the slot machines were VERY tight. It will be a long time til I gamble here, (or Silver Legacy and Circus Circus) again.
Was clean and safe
The customer service was fantastic. The hotel is old and has tons of charm. The slots were very generous. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
Likes walking thru 3 casinos without leaving building. Need one buffet to come back for Caesar group. Need more non Tesla chargers.
