Rooms are too old not updated and too small. I liked the restaurants and casinos inside, but outside still a lot of norcs and homeless people not a pleasant atmosphere.

Front desk should be more polite and helpfull. And not say there busy while waiting in front of the computer being the only service clerk available atm and only have two people in line. and to refer people to the check out kiosk not knowing to situation. Or need training on how to check out early through the hotel and not send them back and forth with Expedia.
