It was awesome, Staffs are friendly, but the jacuzzi in the room is not working nicely and the water flow takes forever.
Elevators out of the way and a little confusing to operate

We had VERY Noisy neighbors and we had to call twice before security came. The walls are VERY thin.

Every moment of our stay was exceptional. Loved our room. Access to gambling was just too awesome. Every member of the staff we encountered were exceptionally helpful. We had a wonderful time at the El Dorado Hotel and Casino and will come again!
We wanted to extend our stay and arrive a day early but the hotel would not accommodate us and we’re going to make us switch rooms, which would have been inconvenient. So we just arrived on our initial arrival day to avoid the inconvenience.
