It is worth parking valet for $10 or you have to park across the street (very sketchy). Inside, the shops are clean, the casino is very clean (does not smell like cigarettes), the staff is extremely courteous and professional, the valet carried our luggage to our room (super nice and professional), and we did in-room dining service which was brought to our room (the waiter was very pleasant and sweet). The hotel had lots of homeless people around that made us feel unsafe. However the rooms were fantastic. There were not a lot of dining options and the prices for what was open were outrageous.

Ok Rather old, dirty. Air conditioning was not working properly. Staff were friendly.

Safe wasn't working. Phone wasn't working Climate control system wasn't working. Told that engineering was going to look at it. They never did. Complained at checkout. Very nice front desk staff appologized and didn't charge me resort fees.
