I enjoy the El Dorado Casino. Staying in their hotel makes it very convenient.
We enjoy staying at the El Dorado every time we are in Reno. from the moment you check in the staff are all so friendly & professional. The rooms are clean & beds are very comfortable. We actually had 4 family memebers stay the same weekend & they also loved their rooms. Even house keeping ladies are very friendly & nice.
Close to everything and easy parking
El dorado is really outdated will not stay there plus it smells like smoke

We often stay at casino hotels. They are usually clean, but the windows, floors needed a good cleaning. Hotel room was much better than overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
This place is worn out, the area around it looks like a getto. The furniture in the room wasn’t something I’d sell in a yard sale, old broken doors and beat up. The smell of smoke is very strong. We won’t be back.
Would not book again The room was loud from inside the building and out. The window sounded like it was open. I could hear all the commotion from Virginia street and doors from the Nieghbors kept slamming and opening shut loudly all through out the night.
