Mucho olor a sigarro
they aircon not working good all night . they auto matict to warm settings . they fixed it . but still same . it’s uncomfortable to sleep all night
The room does not have good air circulation. Nice suite, great view. Some kind of stuffy smell. Turned air on 68 to try to get better air circulation. No change after 2 hrs.
Low shower heads It was overall a good stay however the showering experience needs attention we had to share a bar of soap and shower head is way to low we had to develop a technique to wash our hair…
Air conditioner didnt work
Check in clerk was unwelcomimg, dry and unhelpful.
paid $$$ for a deluxe two queen bed non smoking room. It smelled awful, lights were way too dim and window view was not really a view, Window was on level with dirty rooftop.. had to keep drapes closed not to see it. swimming ppool was tiny and didnt llok like it was cleaned. only good is that the place was connected to two other casno/hotel. Will nott stay in this hotel agaim
