Complete joke of a property. After paying for the room and fees, you get an extra $136 of random fees. Rooms are outdated to be paying for that price, and hall ways smell.
Eldorado Reno When we showed up to check in they had overbooked their hotel. Instead of receiving our double queen room they only had a small single queen left. Very cramped room.
I Went out to breakfast with my family and camd back and all my personal belongings where gone and the room was clean and they told me that i checked out at 10:27. When i never did check out. So that made me believe the housekeepers checked me out early knowing my personal belongings where in there and stole them. They took a 100 dollars worth of food my kids shoes and toys, some of my jewelery and a bunch of things i bought while in reno. Worst experience ive ever had at a hotel

The room was nice. The only complaint was the rooms air didn’t work well and we had a room next to loud ac chillers out our window
ROOMS LOOKED MUSTY DUSTY AND CRUSTY Don't book the Studio Suite first room AC did not work and it looked run down. Moved to a different room with the same problem this one was just dirtier and mustier.
