Do not stay here with kids The room was very hot .The AC did not work. I would not recommend staying bere with family , especially with kids.
Not the same Eldorado Never received my deposit back. A/C unit in my room did not work properly. Made a request from housekeeping that was never received. Trip was lackluster. I use to love to come to the Eldorado. If I come back to Reno, will consider staying at another resort.
Front desk staff was very rude and belittling when checking in !
