If you want your room cleaned, good luck. Rooms are old and battered. Table games, like most others on the row have high minimum’s. We will not be back.
We started off on 5th floor but there was loud motor noise from what we didn’t know. Ended up changing rooms which was much better. Hotel rooms are very much out dated. Towel rack came dislodged from wall. Bathroom door would not close. No fan in bathroom so it was like a sauna full of steam.
Horrible Customer Service I was't welcome to stay becuase i had a dif and attempted to canel 15 minutes after booking and was refused.
I left my sunglasses and call them after few hours didn’t give it to me
Great customer service except Macys. They told me they were closing and that i needed to leave soon. I wasnt even done eating. Neds were fantastic
Our room could’ve been cleaner. The curtain pull was broken. The shower doors were difficult to open and close. The toilet paper kept falling off of the ridiculously designed holder. The sheets and blankets were of good quality and clean, free of stains. The bed was a bit firm for my preference. Noise was an issue, but we were there for the motorcycle rally so I guess loud roaring engines is to be expected. If you booked with third party I stayed with my wife for 5 nights. The request for Microwave was declined with a note that you booked this hotel with a third party, so you do not deserve anything. The room was not well-lighted, the commode was blocked, temp control meter was out of control several times. The technician visited and tried to fix it, but it was out of control all days; even upon request to change the room, another room was assigned with the worst condition.
Horrible stay no management to be found Our power was out and had to go up to the 7th floor twice up and down in on the first night. There was a fire the second in the hotel and we had to use the stairs once again. Staff wasn’t very friendly considering the circumstances they had no control over the lack of any leadership since they were left to fiend with the customers alone.
Casino area dated. A bit smokey
