The lady manager at front desk was super rude she had very poor customer service that is what I didn't like about my stay
The outside are was very sketchy and unsafe. Just a very dirty place. Has went down hill in recent years
Way too expensive for the experience
HORRIBLE ROOM. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE Check in was great. Room was NOT! Not one thing like the picture, except the carpet. Very misleading. Have used Hotels.com several times and has always looked like the picture of the various rooms to choose from. This was not and got a cheaper room. Complained to hotel and hotels.com. Just a run around.
No parking we pay valet because the parking didn’t work for our pick up
I was disappointed with the outdatedness of the room we stayed in. We paid extra to stay in a “premium king” and it was like we time traveled back to 1990. We have previously stayed at the Silver Legacy which was amazing! But the Eldorado seemed as though it did not realize it was 2024. We will not make the mistake of staying there again. Besides the room itself everything else was great. If you are weighing the option of Silver Legacy and Eldorado do yourself a favor and stay at Silver Legcay.
Never had a issue here til this visit when we found bed bugs crawling all over me and my husband...
