I do like this hotel but I forgot my smart watch on the room. I came back from Lake Tahoe a few hours later and they wouldn't give it to me. They told me it wasn't there.

If you're looking for dingy and outdated then you've found it. I booked and paid for a more expensive king room and was given a cheaper double room I didn't want for the same price. Also just not given useful info for someone staying their first time.

The food was very good. The minimum of $25 on the crap table is too much and drove our group away. We’ve been going for 16 years and only the last 2 the minimum was $25. This keeps me away from the tables.

Terrible Stay Toilet didn’t work. Lighting poor and dim. Pillows were lumpy, had to go buy some of duration of stay. Had to move rooms due to unable to fix toilet.

Front desk was very unfriendly and not helpful answering questions we had about the room. Our non-smoking room was very strong with cigarette smoke and the bathroom floor has pubic hair. Under the vanity was q-tips and rubber bands. The safe did not work. Pool area was dirty with garbage and food on the ground. We were not impressed and will be staying at another hotel next year for Hot August Nights.

The room was fine. I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. When reserving I was not informed of it not working. When checking in I was not informed of it not working. After getting our suits on and going down to use the hot tub we found it without water. I called the front desk and was told it has been broken so long they thought everyone knew about it. Disappointing We were not able to check into our room for 2 hours after check in. They were very rude about it. Also the power went out for several hours and people were stuck in the casino and able to get back to there rooms. I asked for a discount for the late check in and they told me no that it just was the way it was. There wasn't any room service unless you had an I Pone for their app.

Use direct reservations not third party These comments do not violate any hotels dot com policy. Our king non-smoking would have been nice except no air conditioner. We called the front desk and they indicated an engineer would be sent. Five hours later, still not fixed, we were moved to a room with two queen beds, several towels and a pillow with makeup stains. The next morning we complained to a front desk supervisor. She refunded our resort fee, but said she couldn't refund the rest because we booked throuh hotels dot com... read more
