The bellman was great. Bartenders were terrible. Resort fee was supposed to pay for wifi(which was spotty) and airport shuttle which never showed up and we finally took a cab.
So my husband and mom surprised me with. Overnight getaway to Eldorado. Less than 24 hrs before the trip. I unfortunately Dislocated my kneecap!! Yeah it was so painful I blacked out!!! I wasn’t able to travel. So we tried to cancel. But unfortunately wasn’t able to. So they charged my mom who was trying to do something nice for me. Mind you she is on a fixed income!! dont stay we got charged twice,no toilet paper in the room. The ac did not work. Coffee maker also didn't work
Run down The Motel was really run down!! Will not stay there again!
Very dated rooms and the junk charges will shock you. Definitely don’t recommend
Woke up by maintenance at 12 midnight to fix toilet causing water to get all over the floor in the middle of the night. Staff wasn’t helpful & rude during night shift.
Place is a dump. We came up for freshman registration at UNR. Because we would be at UNR most of the day, I asked the front desk person if late checkout was possible. The little cretin was rude and condescending/ checkout is at 12:30, after that, we charge you for another day. And he was an utter tool about it. Will NEVER go back to this dump. Oh, and there is a smell of mildew throughout.
We came in tired from traveling on our first day and tried the “Caesars Eats” service. Our order was received by Roxie & we waited an hour & didn’t hear back from them. I finally called & they said that they had just received the order & had been having trouble with Internet connection. At this point it was after 9 PM & we opted not to have them send up our dinner that late, I didn’t feel like I could trust them at that point.
