The layout was like a maze. You are constantly in a state of confusion. Each area runs into another. I couldn’t find anything the first day. Restrooms were inconvenient and very card to find. No restroom on the Casino floor. No phone answer when calling the front desk. The cafe closed at 2:00 pm. No other cafe type restaurants were opened. Only fine dining was available after 2:00 pm. This was very people unfriendly.
Disappointed in out of order hot tub
Requested a non smoking King bed room, it had been smoked in, willing to tolerate that, no a/c, had to move to another floor and got 2 queen beds, smelled better and had okay a/c. The hotel was focused on the Shriners, you couldn’t call the front desks as the phone is busy or off the hook. The front desk customer service people were not very customer service, the rest of the staff were kind and friendly.
Someone was sleeping in my bed. Front desk staff was not friendly and stuck us in a smoking room without mentioning it. When we got back from dinner I pulled back the sheets to notice there was blue lint/etc and an obvious body stain on the sheets, which did not look clean at all. Also, there was a cigarette butt on the floor and the smell of pot in the room.
