Texas Hold ‘em dealer was robotic and unfriendly. We didn’t feel welcome playing on her table. Only played a few hands and left.
We had to switch rooms because the air wasn’t working and the second room the air wasn’t working they sent someone up it started working a little bit but still not cool enough for my comfort I was really disappointed in my stay

I was over charged $86.. Spoke with Expedia many of times and they said I need to be refunded at the hotel the hotel said it was Expedia’s fault I probably spent 34 hours too much on this. But be careful the price they promise you on Expedia isn’t always honored at the hotel.
Lack of good customer service!
Well it took me 2 hours to check in because eldorado doesn’t do split payment or cash but fast food restaurants can which makes no sense. And what made me mad, I brought my Xbox 1 to watch movies and play video games I couldn’t even use it on the tv so I had to bring my own tv, and no microwave are you serious how are we supposed to heat up the food and the restaurant In the casino are so expensive I’m not going to eat there
