The room smelled bad like a lot of sweat. The bathroom curtain smelled very bad. The sheets on the beds didn't look clean and smelled like sweat
Frustrating stay We stayed 3 nights and payed quite a bit. First we had to switch keys everyday because we would get locked out of our room, stand in line 30 minutes just to get new room keys! Literally everyday, including the first day. Then we sweat all night because the AC wouldn’t work, only the fan would kick on and barely move air.. I don’t usually write reviews but save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
“We have room ready in the type you reserved (Premium 2 Queens with Mountain View) but it will be an additional $30 to check in 30 minutes early We already paid for the more expensive room on a Friday, the check in agent remarked on my tired face and red eyes. It’s shameless that they would do that! The keys to the room did not work, so my husband with a bad back had to stand in the hallway at the room door while I went back to the front desk for them to make new keys. I had a non-smoking room, but the floor under me must have been smoking as I woke up in the morning to the horrible stench of smoke and could barely breathe due to my allergy to cigarettes. Room was very small and old. They gave me a terrible room which when I opened the window, I got a beautiful view of the roof. I should've taken the upgrade to a suite for $45 they offered at check-in.
