Staff at front desk was super disrespectful. Demanded my credit card and identification. Lady was super rude couldn’t even say please. Clearly was having a bad day and is taking it out on customers.
We have stayed at the El Dorado several times, and this was definitely our worst stay. It took us almost an hour to check in. Our chargers for our cell phones would not stay in the outlets, most of the restaurants were not open, the daily resort fee was outrageous, plastic cups, etc. we will never stay here again.
Hotel needs a Welcoming Feeling for the guests” Our stay wasn’t relaxing, sleepless. There was a banging noise outside our room. On the 6th floor. They need to upgrade the lightings in the hallways, it’s dark and looks scary. Hotel should have a welcoming feeling for the guests.
I've never stayed in a hotel where the room is actually dirtier after being service than before.

The bathroom in the room has a broken toilet paper dispensary and a narrow entrance to the bathroom also the exhaust from the ichiban restaurant filled the hallways with exhaust fumes and the elevator was full of food odor as well I think they need to fix that but everything else was good and the staff was nice
Never again My trip started with me losing my driver license at the airport. I arranged to have my passport overnighted to me so I could get home at the end of my trip. Needless to say no one could locate it- turns out it went to the hotels PO box which no one was willing to check until 830 AM Monday morning- I flew out at 10. It cost me $200 to change my flight.
