Room was hot and you could not adjust air. Hallways smelt like drugs. Pool was not great and hit tub was covered up. Not a great place for kids.
The linen is itchy , they might have a bed bugs, I ask the reservation if they have shuttle going to the airport , they said every 30 minutes I went to the designated area for pick up waited more than 1 hr. No shuttle van showed up.2 couples waiting too for 1 hr 30 minutes. They ended up taking taxi going to the airport. I ended up taking taxi too.
Where has customer service gone? Ignored at check in. Must use a kiosk. Rood, unhelpful employees. Room was dated, small and unimpressive. Customer service is non existent at this place. Good food nearby though.
I brought my family here for a quick weekend getaway. Everything was fine until we got back to the room from dinner and saw a HUGE roach in the room!!!! We were so disgusted and it was already too late for us to get another hotel. They did move us to a different tower on a higher floor but damage was already done.
This property had good reviews so I felt fine booking. Being from out of town, I didn't realize that the area surrounding this hotel is very rough. I arrived at night, and did not feel safe walking from the parking lot to the entrance on my own. There was no security bar on my room, and engineering was knocking on the door at 10:00 p.m. to fix the safe. Luckily they didn't barge in, but they easily could have with the lack of security. The jacuzzi was not working properly and the heater would not turn on.
It was terrible self chech-in come on its gone to far. Paying for valet parking. the price of the rooms where whey over priced for what you get. The gaming tables were unbelievably high. The last dollar I will ever spend there. the worst time in 40 years of going to Reno.
