Very rundown, dirty… disappointing
This place sucks! Room was extremely disappointing... toilet didn't flush, sink wouldn't drain, there was no remote for the tv, I had to track down someone in housekeeping to try to get a remote but had to talk to 4 different people to find one that spoke English...the Brew Brothers restaurant was terrible, couldn't find a single staff member that had a smile or greeting and the pool was not much more than a standard residential size with no decor or appeal... won't waste my time coming back to any of it!
Room was far more run down than pics online showed and reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. I don't realize that the whole casino would smell of cigarette smoke but our room was the worst and gave me a headache . Everything I had with me smelled like smoke after we left the next day and had to be washed. Maybe I missed it being a smoking room in the listing but I would not stay here again especially for that price we paid.
The Cafe was closed, half of the escalators weren’t working, and it took over an hour for them to respond to a service call on the casino floor
We stay at this hotel at least 5 times a year and always have a great time. Not sure what had happened this time. Our stay was extremely awful. At check-in our room type wasn’t available yet, we paid for an upgrade, went up to the 22nd floor to find out that the room that we paid extra money for was not cleaned yet. Went back to the FD again and all of a sudden the room that we had booked in the first place was available. We asked Sofia to downgrade us back to the small spa players suite and refund our money for the upgrade ... read more
I must have gone down to the casino floor between a dozen and two dozen times, and could never take a direct route to where I wanted to go. Signage with directions to various parts of the property always had an incomplete list, resulting in hunting for the right sign with the right directions. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and never spent so much time trying to 'find my way'.
A crappy new thing If you want to check in before 2:30, it's s $20 fee.
