Bathroom smelled strongly of vomit, bed sheets had stains, and we could hear every conversation in the rooms around us. Will not ever be returning.
Sad place to stay, drive on We stayed here 10 years ago and were expecting the same beautiful facility. WRONG, floors have not been vacuumed, walls need paint, woodwork is scratched and broken. Made worse by the fact that check in took 20 minutes & our king room was changed to queen at the same cost. I was told hotel.com over booked the king rooms, not their fault. We booked a king suite, in person gave us two queen bed suite with plumbing backing up, at check in , clerk seen we book with Expedia, switched our suite to the cheaper one. Bedding was cheap, pillows were uncomfortable. Will not stay there again.
No hand soap, couldn't check in early even tho room was ready, no outlets in room available for charging. Dirty atmosphere, no fresh pastries when told there was going to be some. Rude employees,
Paid for a king bed ($10 more) and received two beds. Not happy with this place…..
The check out was at noon but the noise the cleaning staff was making started at 8:00am. It was crazy, people yelling at each other in the hallways only to find out it's the staff not the customers. Disappointing, to say the least.
Booked this site for the airport shuttle service early in the morning for Tuesday 10/18. Dropped the rental at airport the night before and waited an more than an hour for the shuttle ( 7:45pm to after 8:45pm Monday, 10/17). Since I had to be at airport for a 6:20am flight early, I didn’t trust The Row shuttle service to get me to the airport on time and spent over $50 for an Uber ride.
