So smoky in a non smoking room.
A lot of moths. We arrived late, too tired to ask for another room. Will be the first and last stay in this hotel. We booked and paid for 2 nights but checked out at 3 pm, unwilling spending the second night with the moths.
The place was dead and understaffed. The room was not stocked when it was cleaned. There was no toiletries.
The main reason for going was to relax with my pregnant daughter. The pool area stunk, and the spa was not working
We double booked for the same night thru your sight and didn’t realize it! We tried to cancel before the deadline however being in Yellowstone N.P. We had no phone or internet. Even though we canceled only a few hours late we were charged for the room anyway!!! You could clearly see we were telling the truth about the double booking mistake since both reservations were made on your sight the same day !!! I think this was a poor example of business practices !!!
This hotel switches rooms... The biggest disappointment was despite booking a room with a king bed, upon check-in I was told I would get a room with 2 queen beds instead. The reason given: "We have a full hotel tonight. When you booked, you were guaranteed a room, but not necessarily the type of room you booked." Good to know...
Moth infestation I killed at least 7 huge moths in my room. They looked like tiny bats. Moved room and same thing. Absolutely gross and the only thing they could say was it was moth season. I’ve stayed here every year the same time and have never had this happen. This might be my last stay here.
When I first went into my non-smoking room it smelled as though someone had smoked a lot of pot. Housekeeping staff eventually came and sprayed air freshener but the room still had an old pot smoke smell to it. Also, the room was incredibly noisy--at times the street noise (cars, motorcycles) was so loud at all hours of the night, I'd think "why even have windows on that part of the building?" I'd never stay at this hotel again.
