Disappointed that the room reserved was not provided- we were told it was consideeed a request and they couldn't dill it- and that that should have been made cleae by Expedia- which it wasn't. No linen service 1st day, eoom never made up- just an apology- no offer to accomodate and make up the room. Last night at hotel ran out of toilet paper! Not replaced and no back up in the room. NEVER AGAIN El Dorado!
Got to the check in and didnt have room i booked. :/ we had a king non smoking and were told expedia should have told me the change to 2 queens.
I will never stay here again
I did not like that we could not find parking. Self parking was full. And valet was full because of an event.
Non smoking room smelled like smoke, beds were not comfortable, not many food options.
We had a non smoking room and when we arrived there was an cigarette in the toilette and it wasn't clean
Not again Not Happy I reserved 3 King bed rooms at check in they didn’t have any so they gave me 3 Queen rooms with no compensation for the inconvenience same price. If they are going to sell a room they should stick to what they sold. I could have booked another hotel it was booked well in advance so there shouldn’t have been any issues, I will not stay there again.
I was met by a very friendly young lady at the desk and everything went South when I realized that my great room rate all the sudden was double because of the “resort fees”. When are you people going to learn that if you need an extra $50 a night just added to the room cost!!! these resort fees are ridiculous!!! They Make you feel like you’ve been cheated! Then I had to wait 40 minutes for the bell desk employee to return so that I could get a cart out of the back to unload my luggage and get it to my room, not a good start ... read more
