Disgusting room The carpet was stained, bedding dirty and bathroom was dirty and stained. There was body jewelry on the floor near the bed. The couch in the room was old, stained and dirty. Definitely didn’t put anything on the couch. Coffee maker didn’t work and front desk said it’s because pods are to tall. Manager at front desk was great and gave credit to in house coffee shop. I would never stay at the hotel again.
Horrible, we even checked out a day early Terrible customer service. Disrespectful staff. Homeless population is overwhelming in the surrounding area. Staff is inconsiderate and judgemental, and discriminating.

Good Morning, I wanted to share some difficulty I had with the Hotel. I was offered a promotion called "Lucky" , offering a $29 /night rate if I wanted to stay another night. I did accept the promotion , and was offered a room. About an hour later, I was messaged that I didn't qualify for the room and that they couldn't honor the promotion. Ac not working in the room and staff won’t do anything about it and I ask for refund and they said no
Disappointed
Whoa…. Not a great experience. Would avoid downtown and this area. Lots of homeless walking around near parking garage and i front of buildings. Room was gross. Shower was not working and carpets nasty. Checked out 3 hours after I checked in. Not sure how they got 8+ guest ratings.
