Staff was very nice and things were easy to get to, however cleanliness, the pool was very dirty, hallways to the rooms smelt nasty, carpets needed to be vacuumed and bathrooms were dirty.
Seems they value a customer as long as they stay just one night. Any longer than that (I had booked for 3 nights), they might shut down the door key every night as they did mine. After it happened the second time in a row, I asked the front desk why they kept doing that and they responded that it was not being done on purpose?!? Also, after driving for 14 hours straight, and being hungry and tired upon arrival (9:30 PM) it would have been nice to find one of the restaurants within open for business..but, no...everything was ... read more
The floor had a bad smell My room carpet was very wet between the beds.an very humed.
We got kick out swimming pool cause our music was to loud 😠
Very old and dated hotel. Needs a major upgrade.
I expected an older room, but the room had a crusty washrag in the open closer area and then I found out the next morning that the shirt hanging over the shower rod in the bathroom wasn’t my daughters but in fact the stranger that probably left the crusty washrag. Dirty. I should’ve left when I found the washrag. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows hard. I would not stay again.
Negative, having to pay $25 to get into our room which was available upon our arrival at 1130 am otherwise we had to wait till 300pm…..Mondays lots of restaurants were closed, no keno, casino cashier cage slow as molasses, didn’t seem like the one there knew how to do his job….must I go on……No
