Everything was good and the staff was great. My only complaint was the a/c fan was stuck in the on position and I couldn't adjust the temperature, which did not rise higher than 61 degrees. It wasn't enough of a big deal to keep me from enjoying my stay.

We had to stay an extra night because of the snow and we were able to stay in the same room which made everything very convenient.

Well, we only needed a place for one night. Did a quick overnight stay. Discovered that the hotel is not ADA friendly. Upon arrival, the lobby was clearly marked at the escalator. We have a member in a wheelchair, so we had to search for the elevator, which was not clearly marked and had to ask for assistance. We had requested an ADA room at the point of reservation (2 months in advance) a this was not able to be provided.
