I am disappointed in the fact that your spa was closed for over a year and you charge a resort fee. Being a casino you have the money to repair or replace the spa. We were really looking forward to using it and won't stay there again until its fixed.

Pool was super nasty, Dirty Casino, homeless asking for money inside the casino. Valet Parking service was terrible
Underwhelming for the price The shower drain didn’t drain properly, internet was too slow to get any work done, and the hotel is very outdated considering what you’re paying.
it stunk We couldn't stay there because everything stunk of tobacco.
Non smoking room smelled of smoke. The response from the hotel was people smoke in the hallways.
