The tub got clogged and the water didn't drain. Therefore, we all have to wait until the water slowly drain away. In addition, the fence in the toilet area didn't seem to work, so odors would linger there for a while.
Horrible check in time late, room was dirty and carpet all wet horrible
The hotel area is unsafe, dirty. The noise from the next door is too loud.
My reservation was for a deluxe king and when I got to our room it was a standard double queen.
there is no coffee shop open from 11pm to 7am in all three resorts. Beverage machine on my floor (23)would not accept credit card Both up and down escalators between the check in area to the floor of the coffee shop were not operating the entire 2 days of my stay. very bad for seniors with walking problems. I won't be staying here again !
After New Year’s eve around 5:30am there’s a guy along with the mom they both drunk knocking on my door screaming with a lady name which does not exist in my room. I told there’s no one staying by that name so I’ve asked them to leave I’m a glad there were escorted by the security. Not a pleasant experience and it woke me up and my 2 kids!
With limited amenities charging a $30 resort fee less than customer friendly. I will not stay again.
